Christina accurately captured our housing and family requirements, converted them into research queries and consistently and frequently offered up numerous options for us daily. Regardless of our time zone challenges, Christina was accessible, responsive and polite. When we moved to Ohio, she was diligent and careful to arrange physical walk throughs for us during the COVID pandemic. Ultimately, she found the perfect home for us. Between shopping with her virtually for 3 weeks and then viewing homes in person for 2 more weeks, we were thrilled with her expertise and our choice. During the sale and closing Christina guided us through the terminology, process and helped us make key connections. It’s not just finding the home, it’s closing on the offer. Christina is by far one of the best realtors we have ever had. My husband's company has moved us 9 times in 12 years. We have had 18 realtors during this time selling and buying. We have had many experiences some good and some not so good. Christina is at the top. She is very well organized having all the showings lined up in order with the documentation listings to make notes and follow along.
Christina responds immediately to any call or text at any time day or night or weekends. She not only responds but she had all the answers to any question we had if not immediately , she had it within minutes. There were questions we had about different houses and she would say she had already asked about that and was waiting an answer. She knew our need before we even knew. Christina’s knowledge of real estate is amazing.
